Returns Policy

In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, breakage, loss, or theft.

If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope all of our Pendulum customers fall in love with their jewelry, however, if you have a change of heart and would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer care within the first 7 days of receiving your order at info@pendulumrocks.com,

All items for refund or exchange should be returned to Pendulum unaltered or worn in any way, including the original packaging and will be declined at our discretion if jewelry is not in its original condition. Our customer care team will provide you with instructions for your return. There is a $25 restocking fee for all returns.

All refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items and are applied to the same source of payment on the original order. Processing times may vary between financial institutions, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Kindly note that we ask you to send your piece back to us within 5 days from receipt of shipping labels, to avoid the return being voided.
